Company History

Founded in 1983 by Mr. Ranjan Kulshreshtha, former Assistant Director of the National Productivity Council, Nikhil Technochem began its journey manufacturing machinery for Thermax Limited, specializing in steam, water treatment plants, and chemicals.

With the addition of Mr. Sanjay Kulshreshtha, an M. Tech Gold Medallist from H.B.T.I. Kanpur in 1986, Mr. Nikhil Ranjan, a B. Tech graduate from V.I.T. Pune in 2004, and later Mr Nitish Kulshreshth, B. tech (Mechanical) Graduate in 2014 the company has continued to grow.

Today, we have a dedicated team of 40 employees across sales, service, and administrative departments.

Our Team

We have a dedicated Sales & Service Team. Sales is headed by directors, business managers, sales engineers & trainee engineers. All the 3 Directors are involved in Direct Sales and head the different business divisions.

We have business managers for each office at Bareilly, Lucknow & Kanpur catering to all products. They are trained and experienced to look after day to day business of all the divisions with their respective team.

Service is an essential ingredient of our business and we have a full-fledged Service Team to look after the servicing of the products sold by us & for resolving the complaints, if any. The service engineers work with a service coordinator to steam line the activity.
